DYSON Group: DYSON Group of Companies comprises of DYSON Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd formed in July 2003 and Azron Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd formed in June 2007.

We have a challenging mission to unravel the unexplored for the health and humanity. Our mission enables us to provide quality and affordable medicines to the ailing people of the country.

We are one of the few upcoming companies of Pakistan who have been able to make a mark in the National Pharmaceutical market as a company that breeds professionalism. We have an environment that potentiates talent and encourages professionals who are willing to stretch themselves beyond the horizons in order to achieve more.

 We are currently marketing medicines that treat the diseases of the Eye. We also have Antioxidant & Mineral Formula to provide supplementation in various diseases like Cystorid Macular Edema, Diabetic Retinopathy and Xerophthalmic etc. Five of our ten eye drops are rated among the top five most prescribed products in their respective segments. DYLAC (Ketarolac Tromethamine 0.5%) is now the most prescribed NSAID in the country. Likewise BRADEX (Tobramycin + Dexamethasone) is the fourth most prescribed steroid antibiotic combination used after Cataract Surgery in Pakistan.

Our Management:

DYSON Group of Companies is managed by the Board of Directors and an operational team.

The Board is comprised of six directors (executive and non-executive) who bear the responsibility of the activities, strategy and performance of the DYSON Group.

 The Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O) is responsible for the business management and is assisted by the operational team to carry out the defined strategies. Each team member is responsible for a defined part of the business in term of execution of strategies and sales performance.

 Board of Directors:

The BoD is responsible for the corporate governance of the company and is responsible for the financial viability of the DYSON Group. The C.E.O is responsible for the management of the business and is assisted by the operational team.

 Dr. Hassaan Khan (President of the BoD and C.E.O):

Dr. Hassaan Khan is the President of the Board of Directors and the C.E.O of the company. He has a fifteen year experience in pharmaceutical industry. Previously he held key positions in Himont International (Pvt) Ltd, CCL (Pvt) Ltd and SIZA International (Pvt) Ltd.

 

Nazim Parvez:

Nazim Parvez is the non-executive director and a pharmaceutical management consultant with an experience of more than thirty years in the mentioned field. He also held positions in GSK and Aventis in Pakistan.

 

Syed Faiyaz Ahmed (Chief Financial Officer):

Syed Faiyaz Ahmed is an executive director and the C.F.O of the DYSON Group of Companies. Previously he was associated with PPDA (Pakistan Petroleum & Dealers Association) and still owns a petrol station in Lahore.

 

Salahuddin Gulzar:

Salahuddin Gulzar is a non-executive director and runs his business in the US. Previously he was a banker in the National Bank of Pakistan.

 

Zulfiqar Ali:

Zulfiqar Ali is also a non-executive director of the company. He is a businessman and is involved in the import and export of various consumer items in Pakistan and abroad.   

 

Raja Touheedullah:

Raja Tauheedullah is a non-executive director and a former government employee. He retired as a director from the Population and Planning Department of Pakistan.

 

Business Development

It takes futuristic thinking in this constantly metamorphosing world in order to grow and succeed. Although very young, we believe in diverse collaborations on National and International basis in order to provide effective, affordable and innovative products to the ailing humanity. We are already marketing products manufactured by OPAL Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd (our manufacturing partner). We have also recently signed a marketing contract with Nabi Qasim Group of Industries (a leading pharmaceutical group of companies) to market their ophthalmic products.

We are a group of private limited cpmanies, DYSON Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd formed in July 2003 and Azron Laboratories (Pvt) Ltd (our Neutraceutical sister concern) which was established in June 2007. Both the companies fall under DYSON Group of Companies and are primarily responsible for marketing ophthalmic and neutraceutical products in Pakistan.
